Concern Nepal (CN) started project Special Education Assistant for DISABLED (SEAD) on Oct. 20, 2009 aim to provide the whole social service through Special Education Assistant for DISABLED (SEAD) for disabled children. This project SEAD provides educational service, social rehabilitation service, and vocational rehabilitation service and leisure programs in order for them to live like non-disabled people and protect & foster the disabled who does have neither families nor relatives.
